With two weeks of practice under its belt, Oklahoma State's women's basketball team has been hard at work in preparation for its season opener on Nov. 25 at Little Rock. Much has happened since the official start of practice in mid-October.
With several fresh faces, head coach Jim Littell and staff have been at work incorporating OSU's five newcomers into the mix. New to the scene for the Cowgirls in 2020-21 will be Australia native Neferatali Notoa, Oklahoma products Taylen Collins, Lexy Keys and Ruthie Udoumoh as well as junior college All-American Brittany Reeves.
With the challenges presented from an altered schedule due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Littell is pleased with the chemistry as he blends the newcomers into the mix with the likes of veterans Kassidy De Lapp, Ja'Mee Asberry and Abbie Winchester, who all have multiple seasons of experience to their credit.
