Cowboy Wrestling Staff to Hold Virtual Coaches Clinic

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State wrestling coach John Smith and members of the Cowboy wrestling staff are set to host this year's annual fall coaches clinic virtually on Friday and Saturday Nov. 6-7.
The two-day clinic includes seminars and technique sessions under the direction of Smith, a five-time NCAA champion coach. Joining him as instructors are NCAA champion Zack Esposito, two-time NCAA champion Chris Perry and three-time All-American Joe Smith.
Seminar topics range from speed, strength and conditioning and health and safety to COVID-19 precautions and NCAA academics and eligibility.
The cost per school or club is $150, which includes participation for a head coach and two assistants.
