Bank of Oklahoma Turnpike Classic Series Extended Eight Games

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State and Tulsa have agreed to an eight-year football scheduling agreement, it was announced today. The two teams, separated by just 72 miles, will meet annually from 2024 until 2031, with Tulsa hosting at H.A. Chapman Stadium in even years and OSU hosting in Boone Pickens Stadium in odd years.

In addition to this eight-year extension, the two schools were already scheduled to meet in Tulsa this season, then in Stillwater in 2020 and 2021.

The Bank of Oklahoma Turnpike Classic series between the two schools spans more than 100 years. It dates back to 1914, with the two teams meeting 72 times through the years. The only team OSU has faced more frequently than Tulsa is Oklahoma. The Cowboys have won each of the last six head-to-head clashes with the Golden Hurricane and hold a 40-27-5 advantage all-time.
