STILLWATER – Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy added 22 student-athletes in the 2019 signing class, including 20 during the early signing period December, defensive lineman Israel Antwine as a mid-year transfer and running back Deondrick Glass on Wednesday.

The class features 12 defensive players and nine offensive players, with the Cowboys adding seven players at defensive line to account for the largest position group in the class. The two most well-represented states are Texas with 10 players and Oklahoma with four. In total, nine U.S. States are represented, as well as Australia. There are 18 high school players in the class, two junior college products, one FBS transfer and one international player.

Of the nine offensive players, four are offensive linemen and five are skill players, including Glass, wide receiver Langston Anderson, quarterback Brendan Costello, running back Dezmon Jackson and Cowboy back Grayson Boomer.

The defensive side of the ball adds cornerbacks Thomas Harper, Demarco Jones, Jr., and Xavier Player and linebackers Na'Drian Dizadare and Kamryn Farrar, in addition to the seven on the defensive line.

Additionally, the Cowboys add punter Tom Hutton of Newborough, Victoria, Australia, who joins the team via the ProKick Australia program.

Eight members of the class enrolled in January to participate in spring practice, including Antwine, Costello, Jackson, Dizadare, Harper, Hutton, defensive tackle Sione Asi and defensive tackle Jayden Jernigan.

The Cowboys are scheduled to open the 2019 season on Aug. 30 at Oregon State, with the home opener scheduled for Sept. 7 against McNeese State.
