- Kansas State raced out to a 15-0 lead and never looked back in today's win over the cowboys. Today was the 136th meeting between the Cowboys and the Wildcats. Kansas State currently leads the overall series, 83-53, including a 41-16 edge in Manhattan after today.
- The Cowboys were down 42-18 at halftime. The 24-point deficit is the second-largest halftime deficit in a Big 12 game in OSU history; the deficit is also tied for the sixth largest halftime deficit in school history.  The 18 points scored in the first half by the Cowboys are the fewest scored by OSU since it scored 17 at Texas Tech on Feb. 28, 2015.
- Today's 39-point loss was the second-largest loss in school history, and it was the largest loss since falling to Baylor by 41 points on Jan. 14, 2012.
