Cowboy Baseball Faces Defending NCAA Champ In Fall Exhibition

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State will travel to Kansas City, Mo., to take on Vanderbilt in a fall exhibition contest Saturday.
The two teams will play 16 innings beginning at noon at the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy. Tickets will be sold at the gates on Saturday; all fans in attendance will need to purchase a ticket. A limited number of reserved seats will be available for $15, while general admission tickets will be sold for $5.
Gates will open to the public at 10 a.m. Vanderbilt is scheduled to take batting practice from 10:05-10:45, while the Cowboys will hit from 10:45-11:25.
Food and beverage will be available for purchase, and fans will not be allowed to bring outside food and beverage into the complex.
The KC Urban Youth Academy is located at 1622 E. 17th Terrace in Kansas City, Mo. Parking will be available in the surface lots located at 1215 E. Truman Road and on the corner of 18th and Lydia Ave. as well as street parking available on the northbound and southbound lanes of Martin Luther King Blvd. between 18th and Truman Rd.
Both OSU and Vanderbilt are coming off successful 2019 campaigns. The Cowboys went 40-21 and finished one win shy of advancing to the College World Series, while the Commodores compiled a 59-12 record en route to their second national title.
