June 10, 2026 | Cowboy Baseball
DALLAS – Oklahoma State's Kollin Ritchie has been named a 2026 All-American by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association.
Ritchie, a junior outfielder, was named to the All-America Second Team. His selection to the NCBWA team marks the 153rd All-America honor in OSU baseball history, and he is the 18th different Cowboy to earn All-America accolades under head coach Josh Holliday.
A native of Atoka, Okla., Ritchie enjoyed one of the best slugging seasons in the country and in OSU program history in '26.
In 60 games, Ritchie posted a .326 batting average to go along with 31 home runs, 13 doubles and 75 RBIs. He tallied 185 total bases, an .804 slugging percentage and a 1.266 OPS.
Ritchie, who was a semifinalist for the Golden Spikes Award and the Dick Howser Trophy, led the Pokes with 20 multi-RBI games, including three driving in five or more, and was second with 19 multi-hit efforts.
Among the NCAA leaders for 2026, Ritchie's name ranks prominently in numerous categories, including:
Ritchie's 2026 season goes down as one of the best in OSU Baseball history. His 31 homers are the second most by a Cowboy behind only Pete Incaviglia's NCAA record 48, and he is one of only four Pokes to hit 30 round-trippers in a season and the first since 1999.
Ritchie also ranks eighth in program history for season slugging percentage with his .804 mark.
Another notable feat for Ritchie is becoming just the fifth Cowboy in history to record multiple three home run games in a career. He went deep three times against Sam Houston in February and then blasted three homers against TCU, including a walk-off shot.
With his historic season, Ritchie moved into eighth on OSU's all-time list with 53 career homers.
