September 25, 2018 | Cowboy Football
Seahawks running back Chris Carson was the star of the show on Sunday, as she carried Seattle to a scrappy 24-13 victory over the Cowboys in Seattle's home opener. Carson notched his first 100-yard performance in the NFL on 32 carries and scored his first rushing touchdown of the season.
The former Poke also caught two passes for 22 yards out of the backfield.
Seattle also got some help from rookie cornerback Tre Flowers, who returned from injury this week and provided an assist on safety Earl Thomas' interception. Flowers saw the field for 59 plays as one of the starting cornerbacks and notched six total tackles.Chris Carson was the first #Seahawks running back to notch a 100-yard game in nearly two years. He's making the most of his opportunities and proving he deserves to be Seattle's lead back.

On the opposite coast, Dolphins defensive tackle Vincent Taylor also continued to push for more playing time, as he tallied seven total tackles and a sack in Miami's win over the Titans. Taylor played a career-high 43 snaps on Sunday and his 14 tackles so far this season have helped the Dolphins start the year a perfect 3-0 and take a two-game lead in the AFC East division.Former @JudsonFootball star Tre Flowers with the assist on the interception for Earl Thomas pic.twitter.com/biexl3BRsf
