STILLWATER - Several former Oklahoma State football stars made an impact across the National Football League's opening weekend. Here is a look at some of the highlights:
Jaguars defensive back Tyler Patmon was the first Poke to take the field during the NFL regular season, as he helped Jacksonville earn a 20-15 road victory over the Giants on Sunday.
Seattle's outing in Denver also saw rookie cornerback Tre Flowers earn a start in his first NFL contest, and he had several people talking about his performance after the fact.

Another one of the week's highlights came in a Sunday night meeting between Green Bay and Chicago. Former OSU offensive lineman Lane Taylor, now a Packer, played his part in protecting quarterback Aaron Rodgers as Green Bay rallied from a 20-0 deficit to come out on top of their longtime rivals at the final whistle.Tre Flowers' first start came with some positives and negatives. And on the other side of the ball, Dolphins defensive tackle Vincent Taylor continued to slowly build his reputation as one of Miami's most solid defenders.
