The Oklahoma State win…
• Marked its 23rd straight win in a home opener. The streak began in 1996 and is the second-longest active streak in the nation, trailing only Florida's streak of 28. The first win was also against Missouri State.• Was its 43rd win in its last 49 home openers.
• Made it 19-4 in its last 23 games and 33-9 in its last 42 games.
• Made it 8-0 all-time vs. Missouri State.
• Improved Mike Gundy's career record vs. FCS teams to 11-0 and his record vs. Missouri State to 4-0.
• Improved its all-time record in season openers to 71-41-5, all-time record in season openers at home to 50-7-4 and all-time record in home openers to 84-28-5.
• Gave it wins in 10 of its last 11, 13 of its last 15 and 30 of last 38 season openers.
• Improved Mike Gundy's record in non-conference games to 46-11.
• Gave it seven straight wins in non-conference games.
• Made it 29-5 in its last 34 non-conference games
• Improved its record to 19-4 in its last 23 games overall.
• Made it 60-7 in its last 67 game vs. unranked opponents, dating back to 2010.
• Made it 36-10 at Boone Pickens Stadium since the start of the 2011 season.
:: Oklahoma State's running backs accounted for a total of 357 rushing yards and 112 receiving yards in tonight's game - 64 percent of the team's total offense.
:: Four Cowboy running backs had more than 75 yards of total offense (rushing yards plus receiving yards). Hill finished with 144, Hubbard with 107, King with 77 and Brown with 115. The totals for Brown and Hubbard were both career highs.
:: Justice Hill and LD Brown both finished with more than 100 yards rushing, marking the first duo to do so since Hill and Chris Carson teamed up at TCU in 2016.
:: Justice Hill's 93-yard run in the first quarter was the fourth-longest in OSU history, the ninth-longest in Big 12 history and the longest of his career. It was the longest for an OSU player since Tatum Bell's 95-yard rush vs. Texas Tech in 2003.
:: Hill finished with 122 rushing yards, marking his 15th career game with at least 100 yards on the ground. He's hit the mark in eight of his last 11 games and in 12 of his last 18 games.
:: Taylor Cornelius finished with 300 passing yards in his first career start. That ranks as the fourth-most passing yards in OSU history in a first career start. The leaders:

:: Cornelius finished with five touchdowns on 71.4 percent passing with a 184.9 passer rating.
:: Matt Ammendola was 1-for-1 on field goal tries vs. Missouri State. He has now made 12 consecutive field goals.
:: The Cowboys have had a 100-yard rusher in 10 of its last 15 games.
:: Sione Finefeuiaki, Tylan Wallace and Chuba Hubbard each scored their first career touchdowns in a Cowboy uniform.
:: Jalen McCleskey has at least one catch in 38 of his 40 career games played.
:: OSU has outrushed its opponent in 12 of its last 15 games and in 14 of its last 18 games.
:: There were seven Cowboys who made their first career starts tonight, including QB Taylor Cornelius, WR Tyron Johnson, WR Tylan Wallace, CW Jelani Woods, OL Shane Richards, OL Arlington Hambright and S Malcolm Rodriguez.
:: The Cowboy defense held Missouri State to just 89 yards in the first half. The Cowboys held opponent to under 100 yards in a half twice last season, including holding South Alabama to 68 first half yards and Kansas to 95 second half yards.
:: Oklahoma State's first kickoff return of the season came when Chuba Hubbard returned a third quarter kickoff 42 yards. It was OSU's longest kickoff return since Barry J. Sanders had a 56-yard return in the 2016 Bedlam game.
:: Hubbard led the team with 149 all-purpose yards in his first college game on 11 total touches, averaging 13.5 yards per touch. He finished with 65 receiving yards, 42 rushing yards, 42 return yards and a touchdown.
:: In the third quarter alone, Hubbard had OSU's longest reception of the game with a 54-yard touchdown catch, OSU's longest kickoff return with a 42-yard return and also added a 19-yard run.
:: Hubbard's 54-yard catch was the longest by an OSU running back since Joseph Randle's 63-yard catch vs. Arizona on Sept. 8, 2011.
:: OSU has forced at least one turnover in 28 straight games and in 37 of the last 38 games, dating to 2015.
:: Kenneth Edison-McGruder forced and recovered a fumble in the second quarter. It was his first career forced fumble and third career recovery.
:: Dillon Stoner has at least one catch in each of his last 14 games.
:: OSU finished with an average of 7.93 yards per carry, 11.8 yards per completion, 732 total offensive yards and 436 yards rushing.
:: The total yards were the third-highest amassed in school history trailing only the 744 against Baylor in 2017 and the 742 against Louisiana in 2012.
:: The rushing total was the eighth-best in school history.
