Cowboys in the NFL: Preseason, Week 3

Seahawks running back Chris Carson, who missed most of last season injured, has stamped out his place in the Seattle backfield so far. Against the Vikings, Carson rushed for 26 yards and scored a touchdown in limited action.Â

Carson is just one of many former OSU offensive stars to see the field this preseason, with recent Cowboy graduates Mason Rudolph and Marcell Ateman among that field.

On the defensive side of the ball, Dolphins defensive tackle Vincent Taylor has impressed with his ability to block kicks - a skill he showcased often in Stillwater. Taylor put in a solid shift against Baltimore on Saturday, racking up two tackles, defending one pass, recording a half-sack and blocking a Ravens field goal attempt.

Continuing on the defensive line, Browns defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah continues to improve. He has racked up just one tackle in limited action this preseason, but did recover a fumble during Cleveland's 5-0 victory over the defending Super Bowl champions.
