Logistical Details For Fan Appreciation Day

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State hosts Fan Appreciation Day presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 4 in Gallagher-Iba Arena. The day provides OSU fans with a chance to interact directly with players and coaches from the football and soccer teams, as well as an opportunity to get autographs.
Fans will be provided free water by Academy at each entrance to the arena. Posters and schedule cards will be provided as well, while fans can get autographs from the Cowboy football and soccer teams from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on the concourse level of the arena
Additionally, Pistol Pete and members of the OSU spirit squad will be on hand to greet fans, as well as roaming entertainers who will perform for those waiting in lines.
The concourse level will be split into four zones. Zone 1 – accessible from the northwest corner of the arena with the large statue of Pistol Pete – features the quarterbacks, offensive line and safeties. Zone 2 – accessible from the northeast entrance to the arena – features Mike Gundy, the running backs and the Cowgirl soccer team. Zone 3 – accessible from the southeast entrance to the arena – features the cornerbacks, linebackers and defensive line – and Zone 4 – accessible from the southwest corner of the arena – features the wide receivers, Cowboy Backs and specialists.
Handicap entrances will be accessible from Zone 1 and Zone 4.
The OSU University Store will be located in the southeast lobby with the latest apparel and merchandise for the team to sign on Fan Appreciation Day.

Time of the event
The doors to Gallagher-Iba Arena will open at 1:30 p.m. The football and soccer teams will be in place for autographs from 2:30-4:30 p.m.
Parking
The best place to park is the south lot of Boone Pickens Stadium, but lots will be open all over campus.
Entering the arena
Fans can enter the arena from any of the standard basketball gameday entry points and proceed up to the concourse.
Autographs
Fans can pick up posters or schedule cards upon entry into the arena and may also bring in helmets, jerseys or other items to be signed. Players and coaches will have Sharpies and will sign one item per fan.
Photos
Photos with the players and coaches are not permitted in order to keep the lines moving and provide as many fans direct access to as many members of the team as possible.
Strollers
Strollers will not be permitted into the arena.
