October 30, 2018 | Cowboy Football
Seahawks running back Chris Carson continued to rumble his way through opposing defenses, as he toted the rock 25 times Sunday against the Lions to the tune of 105 yards and one rushing touchdown. It was Carson's third 100-yard performance this season, and was capped by an 8-yard touchdown run.

Carson's teammate, rookie cornerback Tre Flowers, also continued to make waves with the former Super Bowl champions, racking up three tackles and defending one pass in Seattle's 28-14 road victory over Detroit. Flowers, who converted to cornerback after playing safety in Stillwater, has been a fixture of Seattle's secondary throughout the year and has logged 30 total tackles thus far.

Week 8 of the regular season was a big one for Raiders rookie wide receiver Marcell Ateman, who had his NFL dreams come true when he was promoted to the 53-man roster last Tuesday. Ateman was inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Colts, but still received praise from his former head coach at OSU on his promotion.
Love to see this. Congrats, @ItsMarcell! #GoPokes #okstate https://t.co/1clBB3njQv

This past weekend also marked a homecoming of sorts for Dolphins defensive tackle Vincent Taylor, a New Orleans native forced to move west after Hurricane Katrina uprooted his and his family's life. Taylor notched three tackles against the Texans before departing with an injury/
