Cowgirl Soccer: Rewind & A Look Ahead

Oklahoma State completed a season sweep of Bedlam-rival Oklahoma with a win in its Big 12 Conference opener last Friday in the Cowgirls' lone game of the weekend. This week, the Cowgirls travel to Fort Worth, Texas, to take on TCU Friday night before returning to Stillwater to host Baylor on Sunday.

Weekend Highlights
·      With its 4-1 win over Oklahoma last Friday, OSU completed a season sweep of the Sooners, having also defeated them in a non-conference match in Norman on Aug. 25.
·      OSU is now 22-8-3 all time against Oklahoma.
·      Haley Woodard recorded a pair of goals in the win, marking her first multi-goal game of the season and second of her career.Â
·      Woodard now has five goals on the season, tying her with teammate Taylor Olson and four others for the Big 12 lead.
·      Three freshmen also factored in the Bedlam scoring as Camy Huddleston recorded an assist on OSU's first goal and tallied a goal of her own for the Cowgirls' second score, a goal that marked the first game winner of her career. Hannah Webb recorded an assist on Woodard's second goal, while Olson capped the scoring with a goal in the 89th minute.
