Wrestling Coaches Clinic Set for Oct. 27-28

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State wrestling coach John Smith and other members of his staff will host a coaches clinic Oct. 27-28 at Gallagher-Iba Arena. Pre-registration for the clinic runs through Oct. 16.
"Our annual coaches clinic is one of my favorite events every year," Smith said. "Continuing education is one of the most important steps to success in coaching, and our staff puts in lots of work and preparation toward this clinic each year to ensure coaches leave with valuable information they can take back and implement with their athletes and teams."
Located in historic Gallagher-Iba Arena, the clinic includes seminars and technique sessions taught by two-time Olympic gold medalist Smith, NCAA champion Zack Esposito, two-time NCAA champion Chris Perry, three-time NCAA Champion Alex Dieringer and four-time All-Americans Tyler Caldwell and Isaac Jordan.
The cost is $150 for the first coach and $100 for each additional coach if registered by Oct. 16. After that, it's $175 for the first coach and $125 for each additional coach. The cost of the event includes two meals and clinic materials.
