February 13, 2017 | Cowboy Wrestling
STILLWATER – Ranked as the top team in the nation in the USA Today/NWCA Division I Coaches Poll, the Oklahoma State wrestling team will host No. 2 Penn State at Gallagher-Iba Arena this Sunday at 3 p.m. in the championship match of the NWCA Bowl Dual Series.
Â
Sunday's dual will feature a couple of wrestling's major powerhouses, who are the only two remaining unbeaten squads in the nation. The Cowboys just wrapped up their first undefeated dual regular season since 2005 with a dominant, 37-3 showing against in-state rival Oklahoma on Sunday. Penn State wrapped up its regular season with a 13-0 dual record and a 9-0 mark in Big Ten action.
Â
While lower-level tickets are already sold out, general admission tickets are still available for just $10 each, providing seating on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere on the 200 and 300 levels. Unlike other regular season duals, all 200- and 300-level seating will be first-come, first-served general admission.
Â
All ticket windows to the event will open two hours prior to the event, and fans are encouraged to arrive early to avoid long lines.
