STILLWATER – Several former members of the Oklahoma State football team saw action in week 13 of the NFL season this past weekend.
The most notable performance came from Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, who hauled in five passes for 61 yards and a touchdown against Washington. Bryant's touchdown marked a historic moment in the Cowboy's career, as it was his 71st career touchdown reception, which pushes him past Bob Hayes for the most ever by a Dallas player.
Along with Bryant, Dolphins defensive tackle Vincent Taylor saw his most action of the season this weekend, and he didn't disappoint. The increased reps gave Taylor a chance to make his mark, and he did so, tallying three tackles in the contest.
He also was one of several NFL players this past weekend to take part in the "My Cause, My Cleats" weekend. Taylor, who was affected by Hurricane Katrina when he was 10 years old, featured the FEMA logo on his custom-designed cleats this weekend.
Former OSU offensive tackle and current Charger Russell Okung also took part in the custom cleats this weekend, as he chose to promote youth education on his shoes this week.
Meanwhile, Packers offensive lineman Lane Taylor helped guide the Green Bay offense to a 26-20 overtime victory over the Buccaneers this past weekend. After the victory, Taylor had a very simple message that he shared with his followers:
The Oklahoma State action in the NFL wrapped up this weekend with Rams cornerback Kevin Peterson, who was recently signed from the team's practice squad.

With that TD, @DezBryant surpasses Bob Hayes as the #DallasCowboys franchise leader in receiving touchdowns with 72. pic.twitter.com/IqkNpDBaIp
