STILLWATER – Several former members of the Oklahoma State football team saw action in week 11 of the NFL season this past weekend.
The most notable performance came from Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, who hauled in eight passes for 63 yards against the Eagles. Bryant has now racked up 541 receiving yards on 50 catches and scored four touchdowns so far in 2017.
Former OSU offensive lineman Lane Taylor, now with the Packers, and Russell Okung, with the Chargers, both saw the field this week. Okung and the Chargers picked up an impressive 54-24 win over the Bills Sunday, but the former first-round pick has already switched focus toward a Thanksgiving Day clash with the previously mentioned Cowboys.
Dolphins defensive tackle Vincent Taylor continued to see the field, albeit in limited action, Sunday. He currently ranks fourth among Miami's defensive tackles in terms of snaps played so far in 2017.
The final news of note from Oklahoma State in the NFL this week, was Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll announcing that the former OSU running back might be able to return from injury sometime in December.
