Carson Teel is expected to once again be a key member of the Oklahoma State pitching staff in 2018 as the Stillwater native enters his junior season with the Cowboys.

A southpaw, Teel made a team-high 28 appearances for the Big 12 champion Cowboys in 2017 and went 5-4 with three saves and a 3.06 ERA while ranking second on the team with 77 strikeouts. He was drafted in the 27th round of last June's Major League Baseball Draft but opted to return to OSU for the '18 season.
