STILLWATER – Several former members of the Oklahoma State football team saw action in week three of the NFL season this past weekend.
One of the most notable performances from this past weekend came from Browns defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah. The former OSU standout recorded a four tackles, forced two fumbles and tallied his second sack of the season for the Browns.
Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant also had his most productive day of the season this Sunday, as he hauled in five passes for 98 yards against St. Louis. Bryant has amassed 212 receiving yards on 16 receptions and scored two touchdowns thus far in 2017.
Bryant's teammate in Dallas, Dan Bailey, also impressed Sunday. He put all four of his kicks (one field goal, three PAT attempts) through the uprights to remain perfect in 2017. Bailey has made all six of his field-goal tries and 10 PAT attempts during his seventh NFL season.
Former OSU and current Dolphins defensive tackle Vincent Taylor impressed this weekend as well, as he recorded three tackles against the Saints on Sunday. Through three games, Taylor has already shown flashes of what made him an All-Big 12 performer during his time in Stillwater.
On the other side of the ball, former OSU offensive lineman Lane Taylor made his first appearance at left tackle for the Packers last Thursday and impressed in his debut. Normally the starter at left guard, Taylor and others were shuffled around due to injuries among Green Bay's offensive line unit.
