WATCH: The Dietary Change That Helped Jordan Burton

STILLWATER - Shortly after he helped lead Oklahoma State to last year's Sugar Bowl, linebacker Jordan Burton underwent ankle surgery and he wanted to recover as quickly as possible. He did some research and found that a pescatarian diet helped Tyrann Mathieu when he was in a similar situation. Burton followed Mathieu's dietary lead and also saw positive results.
