:: Kicker Ben Grogan moved into third place on OSU's career-points list with 335. He trails only Dan Bailey (370) and Barry Sanders (360) on the school's all-time list.

:: Jalen McCleskey's 26-yard touchdown catch to open the OSU scoring was his first receiving touchdown of the season and fourth of his career.

:: McCleskey finished with career highs in receptions (11) and receiving yards (103).

:: McCleskey's effort marked the first time a Cowboy has recorded double-digit receptions since Josh Stewart caught 10 passes against TCU in 2013.

:: Cowboy back Zac Veatch, who formerly started on the OSU offensive line, scored his first-career touchdown on an 18-yard pass in the first quarter.

:: Matt Ammendola's 53-yard field goal in the second quarter matched the fourth-longest FG in school history and was OSU's longest since Jason Ricks hit a 53-yarder against Missouri State in 2006. Ammendola's kick also marked the first field goal attempt of his career.
