Cowboys Take in Alamo Bowl Pep Rally, Team Fiesta

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Oklahoma State football team enjoyed a night of fun and games Tuesday night in San Antonio, greeting fans at the Alamo Bowl pep rally on the River Walk before eating barbeque with the opponent Colorado Buffaloes at the Rudy's Team Fiesta.
The night started at the team hotel, where the Cowboys and the Oklahoma State band loaded up on river taxis and made their way to the Arneson River Theater for the pep rally.
Head coach Mike Gundy and a handful of team captains emerged onto the stage first before the band's boat pumped up the crowd with the OSU fight song. Kirk Tucker took to the microphone to play the part of hype man. Ramon Richards spoke briefly as well, doing his best to energize both teams' fan bases.
After the Cowboys wrapped up at the pep rally, the team headed to the Villita Assembly Building for the Rudy's Team Fiesta to chow down on barbeque.
After dinner, a number of Pokes and Buffaloes were brought up on stage to play games and showcase their talents.
Cowboys Kirk Tucker, Lenzy Pipkins and Matthew Newsome ended the evening on a high note, showcasing their dance moves and getting both teams on their feet.
