Kevin Tway Regains PGA Tour Card

ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. – Former Oklahoma State All-American Kevin Tway will return to the PGA Tour next season after securing his card via the Web.com Tour this year.
The Tour's 50 cards were finalized on Wednesday after the Web.com Tour Championship was canceled due to the path of Hurricane Matthew. Results through the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship, where Tway tied for third place, became the season's final results.
On the year, Tway posted four top 10s, including a third-place showing at the Price Cutter Charity Championship and a tie for fifth at the El Bosque Mexico Championship.
The upcoming season will mark Tway's second stint on Tour after competing as a PGA Tour member during the 2013-14 campaign. The Edmond, Okla., native has one professional victory to his credit, having won the 2013 Albertsons Boise Open.
Players from The 25 and The Finals 25 will now be 'zippered' into the Priority Ranking for the 2016-17 TOUR season, which begins next week at the Safeway Open in Napa, California. (No. 1 from The 25, No. 1 from The Finals 25, No. 2 from The 25, and so on.)
