Oklahoma State opened Big 12 Conference play last weekend with a pair of road losses, falling 1-0 to Baylor in overtime on Friday before suffering a 3-0 setback at TCU Sunday.

- Friday's game at Baylor marked the second time OSU has played an overtime game this season. The Cowgirls are now 0-2-0 in those matches; they also lost in the first overtime at No. 5 Florida on Sept. 4.
- On Sunday, OSU outshot TCU by a 14-12 margin and owned a 7-4 advantage on corner kicks but could not find the back of the net.

- After playing just once on its home field since Aug. 30 — seven road matches, one at home — OSU returns to the Cowgirl Soccer Complex this weekend and will play six of its final eight regular season matches on its home field.
- The Cowgirls host 14th-ranked Texas Tech Friday night. The Red Raiders are 7-1-3 on the season and opened league play last Friday by tying Oklahoma, 0-0, in Norman.
- OSU is 13-6-3 all time against Texas Tech and has not lost to the Red Raiders since 2012. Last season, the two teams battled to a 1-1 draw in Lubbock.
