Cowboys Set For Southern Highlands Collegiate

LAS VEGAS - Oklahoma State's men's golf team will return to action this week when it begins play at the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters at Southern Highlands Golf Club in Las Vegas.
The 54-hole event will get underway on Monday and will run through Wednesday at the par-72, 7,510-yard layout. The 15-team field will play 18 holes each day. The Cowboys will be grouped with UCLA and California for their first round and will tee off at 8:30 a.m. (PST).
The Cowboys have won the event on five occasions with their most recent title coming in 2011. That year also produced OSU's most recent individual medalist at the event, Morgan Hoffmann.
OSU's starting five will consist of junior Jordan Niebrugge, sophomores Wyndham Clark and Zachary Olsen, redshirt freshman Brendon Jelley and true freshman Kristoffer Ventura.
