Cowboys Set For Valspar Collegiate

PALM CITY, Fla. - Oklahoma State's men's golf team will return to action this week when it begins play at the Valspar Collegiate Invitational at the Floridian Golf Club.
The Cowboys will be one of 13 teams in action at the par-72, 7,114-yard layout. The tournament will consist of 54 holes over two days with 36 holes being played Monday and 18 being conducted on Tuesday.
OSU's starting five will consist of junior Jordan Niebrugge, sophomores Wyndham Clark and Zachary Olsen as well as redshirt freshman Brendon Jelley and true freshman Kristoffer Ventura.
The event's runner-up last year, the Cowboys will be grouped with LSU and South Florida for its first round, which will begin at 9 a.m. (EST).

Additionally, three Cowboys will compete individually on Monday and Tuesday at the UCO Broncho Invitational. Senior Tanner Kesterson, redshirt freshman Stratton Nolen and true freshman Sam Stevens will be in action at Gaillardia Country Club.
