Game Notes
► Oklahoma State had 21 assists - its highest total of the year.
► The Cowboys opened the second half by draining each of their first four three-point attempts. OSU's hot shooting in the second half enabled the Cowboys to open up a 54-43 lead with 11:08 remaining. From that point, the two teams essentially traded baskets until Baylor went on a 6-0 run to trim OSU's lead to 58-55 with 4:59 left. OSU responded and kept the Bears at arm's length the rest of the way to seal its win.
► For the second consecutive game, four Cowboys reached double-figure scoring totals.
► Le'Bryan Nash matched a career high with three steals.
► Jeff Newberry finished with a career-high 16 points - his second consecutive double-figure scoring game. It was his first double-figure scoring game outside of Gallagher-Iba Arena. Prior to these last two games, Newberry averaged 5.7 points per game.
► Jeff Newberry also set a new career high with six assists.
