November 10, 2015 | Cowboy Football
STILLWATER – Several former members of the Oklahoma State football team saw action in week nine of the NFL season.
After returning last week from a six-week stay on the injury list, receiver Dez Bryant broke out with five catches for 104 yards in the Dallas Cowboys' 33-27 loss to Philadelphia. Bryant also hauled in a game-tying 18-yard touchdown in the fourth, giving him his first score of the season.
Kicker Dan Bailey added on to his flawless 2015 campaign with two field goals in the contest, both of which came in the fourth quarter. Bailey is one of only four kickers in the league yet to miss a field goal in 15 or more attempts.
In Tennessee's 34-28 win over the New Orleans Saints, cornerback Perrish Cox recorded two tackles, helping the Titans end a six-game losing streak. Also appearing in the contest was the Saints' Kevin Williams, who registered six tackles in the defeat.
Other Cowboys seeing action in week nine were Justin Gilbert (one tackle, one pass defended) and Antonio Smith (one quarterback hit).
