Fowler, Mahan Wrap Up Ryder Cup Action

Fowler lost his Sunday singles match to Rory McIlroy, while Mahan halved his with Justin Rose.
Fowler finished the event with a 0-2-3 mark, while Mahan finished with a record of 1-2-1.
Competing in his second Ryder Cup, Fowler paired with Jimmy Walker for both foursome and both fourball matches. On Friday, the duo, halved its fourball match with Thomas Bjorn and Martin Kaymer before halving its foursome match with McIlroy and Sergio Garcia.
On Saturday, they halved their match with McIlroy and Ian Poutler in fourball action before losing their foursome match against Victor Dubuisson and Graeme McDowell.
Mahan and Zach Johnson dropped their Friday foursome match with Justin Rose and Henrik Stenson before he bounced back with Jim Furyk for a fourball victory over Jamie Donaldson and Lee Westwood on Saturday. He and Furyk fell to Garcia and McIlroy during Saturday's foursome action.
For his career, Fowler is now 0-3-5 in the event, while Mahan is 4-4-4 in three appearances.
