STILLWATER - The Oklahoma State football program was in the national spotlight on Sept. 25 when the Cowboys beat Texas Tech, 45-35, in an ESPN-televised primetime battle.

Announcing the game was the crew of Rece Davis, Jesse Palmer, David Pollack and Samantha Ponder. While the crew was in town, okstate.com spoke to Davis, who is one of the most respected figures in ESPN's college football coverage, about Mike Gundy and the state of the Oklahoma State football program.
