Cowboys Fourth At Aggie Invite

BRYAN, Texas - Oklahoma State's men's golf team posted a 36-hole total of 598 on Saturday at the Aggie Invitational to stand alone in fourth place at Traditions Golf Club.
The Cowboys opened with a 300 during their morning round before putting together a 298 team score during their second round for a 22-over total of 598. OSU finished the day one shot behind Texas Tech, while LSU used a 591 total to lead by one over Texas A&M at the par-72, 7,14-yard layout.
California's Brandon Hagy finished the day at 3-under 141 after signing for rounds of 71 and 70 to lead by two strokes in the individual race.
Competing individually, OSU senior Ian Davis carded rounds of 73 and 72 for a 145 total, which put him in sole possession of fourth place.
Redshirt freshman Wyndham Clark led the Cowboy starting five, coming in tied for eighth place after rounds of 74 and 73 gave him a 147 total.
Senior Talor Gooch posted a 149 total that included scores of 74 and 75 to tie for 16th place.
Senior Kevin Dougherty's 152 score came courtesy of a 77 and 75, tying him for 26th place.
Freshman Zachary Olsen took sole possession of 36th place with a 154 total after putting together rounds of 79 and 75.
Sophomore Jordan Niebrugge's 156 total included rounds of 75 and 81 to tie him for 44th place.
The Cowboys will begin their final round at 7:50 a.m. tomorrow and will be grouped with Kent State and San Diego State.
