His comments:
Tight End Jordan Frazier
On his experience at OSU so far
"So far, I couldn't have asked for anything better. It's certainly a family. Having the opportunity to play football anywhere is a blessing, but I'd say here at Oklahoma State they take it to a whole other level. It's something that's going to carry on for the rest of our lives."
On if he has felt overwhelmed at all
"Coming in early, it was obviously a pretty quick transition. I think, for me, it went really well. I have definitely grown as a person and an athlete. I couldn't have asked for anything better, either."
On if anything has surprised him
"For the most part, it's been what I expected. I think it's probably been a little bit better, but other than that, I'd say pretty much what I expected."
On the biggest difference between high school and college football
"This is something that is said a lot, and it's definitely true – just the speed of the game, especially here at Oklahoma State, because you run a quick, no-huddle offense. I'd say that's the main thing."
On his first impressions of college
"I like it's dynamic a lot more than high school. It's not like 7:45 to 3:15 every single day, same classes, that kind of thing. I definitely like that a lot better. I like the freedom more. I think as long as you have self-discipline it'll work out for you and you won't have any problems."
On the biggest change in coming to college
"Making the transition from family life to being on your own and being independent. It hits you fast, especially if you come in early. One day having to pack your bags and kind of have to start your own life."
On his plans for the summer
"I'm looking forward to it being closer to the season. I'm really excited for that. This summer I'm excited for football being the dominating priority. I can focus more of my time on the sport and getting better at it, becoming more acclimated to the Big 12 style and Oklahoma State style of play."
