Niebrugge Named Golfer Of The Month

IRVING, Texas - Oklahoma State's Jordan Niebrugge was named February's Big 12 Golfer of the Month it was announced by the league office. It was Niebrugge's first monthly honor.
Niebrugge earned his first career victory after closing with a 65 at the Ameri Ari Invitational in Hawaii. He finished at 16-under 200 after opening with scores of 67 and 68. The 65 matched his career-low round. The sophomore's performance helped the third-ranked Cowboys claim their third consecutive team title as well.
The Mequon, Wis. native posted another top-10 performance at the John Hayt Collegiate to help OSU to its fourth win in a row. The streak marks the fifth time the Cowboys have won four in a row in program history and is tied for sixth on the school's all-time list. It is also OSU's longest winning streak since reeling off five victories in a row during the 1994-95 season.
