Cowboys Back In Action In Arizona

TUCSON, Ariz. - Oklahoma State's men's golf team will return to action this weekend when it begins play at the National Invitational Tournament at Omni Tucson National's Catalina Course in Tucson, Ariz.
In their last outing, the second-ranked Cowboys saw their four-tournament winning streak come to an end with a runner-up showing at the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters in Las Vegas.
Hosted by the University of Arizona, this weekend's event will consist of 54 holes conducted over three days with 18 holes being played each day from Friday through Sunday. The Cowboys will be one of 14 teams in action at the par-72, 7,094-yard layout.
OSU will be grouped with New Mexico and TCU for its first round and will begin play at 8:45 a.m. (MST).
The Cowboy starting five will consist of seniors Ian Davis and Talor Gooch as well as sophomore Jordan Niebrugge, redshirt freshman Wyndham Clark and true freshman Zachary Olsen. Senior Kevin Doughertywill compete individually.
