• With a basket less than a minute into the second period, Le'Bryan Nash moved past Arlen Clark and into 25th place on the all-time school career scoring list. With a layup less than two minutes later, he moved past Darwyn Alexander and into 24th place. He finished the game with 15 points, giving him 1,204 in his career and making him the 24th player in school history to record 1,200 points.
• Nash also grabbed 10 rebounds, giving him his fifth-career double-double.
• With his rebound on 18:23 mark of the second half, Kamari Murphy recorded his 11th rebound of the game, a career high. He finished with a career-best 13 boards.
• Markel Brown scored a game-high 26 points, his eighth 20-point game of the season and the 16th of his career. He was also one rebound shy of a double-double with nine boards. His point total was a personal high against Oklahoma (previous high was 19 on Jan. 12, 2013).
• In observation of the 10th anniversary of OSU's last Final Four appearance, Oklahoma State recognized several members of the 2004 Final Four team during halftime. Those in attendance were: players Tony Allen, Joey Graham, John Lucas, Ivan McFarlin and Janavor Weatherspoon; athletic trainer Murphy Grant, team manager Derek Joiner, and head coach Eddie Sutton.
