:: Oklahoma State improved to 6-6 on the year with the 38-35 OT victory. The Cowboys become bowl eligible for the ninth straight year under Mike Gundy, a school record.
:: This is the first Cowboy victory in Norman since a 16-13 win in 2001.
:: OSU improved to 10-10 in its last 20 games against ranked opponents.
:: The win marks the 16th time that Mike Gundy has coached the Cowboys to victory over a ranked opponent.
:: OSU Improved to 16-9 in its last 25 Big 12 road games, dating back to 2009.
:: WR David Glidden, LB Seth Jacobs, S Jordan Sterns and P Kip Smith served as Oklahoma State captains for today's game.
:: Oklahoma State scored a touchdown on its opening drive of the game for the second time this season. The first was at Kansas State.
:: OL Jesse Robinson earned his first career start today. He is one of 23 players to earn their first career start in an OSU uniform this season. He is the eighth freshman to start a game for OSU this season.
:: Oklahoma State started 18 underclassmen (freshmen or sophomores) in at least one game during the regular season.
:: Desmond Roland entered the game with eight rushing touchdowns (fourth in the Big 12) this season and 25 in his career. He scored twice today to bring his total to 10 and 27, respectively. His 27 career rushing touchdowns ties for the ninth-most in school history.
:: Brandon Sheperd finished with seven catches for a career high 156 yards receiving and two touchdowns. It was his first multiple TD game of his career. Sheperd now has six career touchdowns.
:: In the third quarter, Seth Jacobs forced a fumble by OU's Samaje Perine which was was recovered by Larry Stephens.
:: True freshman Mason Rudolph was 19-of-35 passing for 273 yards and a pair of touchdowns. His performance ranks fifth all-time on the single-game passing records for OSU true freshmen.
:: Junior Tyreek Hill's 92-yard punt return in the fourth quarter was second longest punt return in OSU school history. It was his third special teams TD of the season.
Hill now has 1,811 all-purpose yards this season ranking eighth on the OSU individual single-season list.
:: Senior Larry Stephens and true freshman Justin Phillips both had career-high tackles. Stephens finished the game with 14 stops including a TFL and a fumble recovery. Phillips had 10 tackles.
