Eddie Klimara, 125 pounds
On what Bedlam means to him
“It's huge rivalry, and it's awesome to see fans come from all over the place to come watch you and support you. It means a lot, especially going up against OU because they're usually a tough opponent. That support is really what sticks out to me.”
On his favorite Bedlam moment
“My favorite Bedlam moment would probably have to be my first Bedlam dual. That was when I was pulled out of my redshirt and it was my first varsity college match. Even though I ended up losing the match, 3-2, it was an experience that I'll never forget.”
Josh Kindig, 149 pounds
On what Bedlam means to him
“Bedlam is 100 times more intense than any high school rivalry. There's tension between wrestlers and fans. Everyone is involved. People from all over the country want to see this.”
On his favorite Bedlam moment
“For me, beating Kendric Maple in Norman last year is easily my favorite moment. It was one of the most exciting times in my career. He was No. 1 in the country in some rankings, and it was also one of the biggest wins in my college career at that time.”
Alex Dieringer, 165 pounds
On what Bedlam means to him
“It's one of the biggest rivalries in college sports so it's cool to know what we're a part of something that big. It's also good to be on the winning side of the series. We have more than a 100-win advantage over them.”
On his favorite Bedlam moment
“Last year at the NCAA finals when Chris Perry beat Andrew Howe. Howe was supposed to be the No. 1 guy going into it so it was really cool. I was pumped when I saw because my finals match was coming up and it was nice to see that before I went out there.”
Nolan Boyd, 184 pounds
On what Bedlam means to him
“Bedlam, to me, is what you look forward to as a fan and as a wrestler. It's where all the wrestling fans in the state come together to see who's the best in Oklahoma.”
On his favorite Bedlam moment
“My favorite Bedlam memory would be in 2012 when Chris Perry got a tech fall and OSU ended up winning the dual on criteria in Norman.”
