STILLWATER - Taking a look at how Oklahoma State's players currently in the NFL fared in week 17. Some notes:
- Dallas Cowboy Dez Bryant set a new franchise record with his 15th and 16th receiving touchdowns of the season. Bryant notched his first score of the day on a 65-yard touchdown in the first quarter, tying the previous mark held by Terrell Owens. Four minutes later, Bryant hauled in a 23-yard touchdown to break the record and help the Cowboys to a 44-17 victory.
- Dallas Cowboy Joseph Randle scored on a 65-yard touchdown run against the Washington Redskins, marking the Cowboys' longest rush of the season. It was also Randle's third rushing touchdown of the year.
- With a 30-20 win over the Detroit Lions, Lane Taylor and the Green Bay Packers clinched the NFC North title and a first round bye. Seattle Seahawks Russell Okung and Kevin Williams clinched the NFC's number one seed with a 20-6 win over the St. Louis Rams. The Seahawks will have a first round bye next weekend and will host a divisional round playoff game the following week.
- With the conclusion of the regular season, several Oklahoma State products will see action in the NFL Playoffs, including Detroit Lions Corey Hilliard and Brandon Pettigrew; Dallas Cowboys Dan Bailey, Dez Bryant, Tyler Patmon, Joseph Randle and Brandon Weeden; Green Bay Packer Lane Taylor and Seattle Seahawks Russell Okung and Kevin Williams.
- Dan Bailey leads the NFL with 56 extra points made and is 8th in the NFL in scoring with 131 points.
- Dez Bryant leads the NFL with 16 touchdown receptions, is ninth in the NFL with 1,320 receiving yards and is 12th in the NFL with 88 receptions. Since 2010, Bryant has 56 touchdown receptions, a mark that leads the NFL during that span.
- Perrish Cox is tied for third in the NFL with five interceptions.
