Dieringer Debuts at New Weight for All-Star Classic

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's returning national champion Alex Dieringer has been selected to compete in the 165-pound bout of the NWCA All-Star Classic on Nov. 1 in Philadelphia, it was announced today.

Dieringer, who is moving up a weight class in 2014-15, will face two-time All-American Nick Sulzer of Virginia.

The Cowboy is fresh off a 32-1 sophomore season that saw him capture his second Big 12 title and first NCAA Championship, both at 157 pounds.

Dieringer will join teammate Josh Kindig (149) at the event, making them the 86th and 87th Cowboys to compete in the All-Star Classic.
