Cowboys Close Fall At Royal Oaks

DALLAS, Texas - Oklahoma State's men's golf team will get its final event of the fall season underway on Monday when it begins play at the Royal Oaks Intercollegiate at Royal Oaks Country Club.
The Cowboys, who have won the event each of the past two seasons, will be one of 12 teams in action at the par-71, 7,068-yard layout. OSU has also produced the tournament's last two individual champions with Ian Davis winning the event in 2012 and Kevin Dougherty taking top honors last season.
The tournament will consist of 54 holes with 36 being played on Monday followed by 18 on Tuesday and will feature a 6-count-5 format. The Cowboys will be grouped with Texas Tech, Baylor and Iowa for their first round and will begin play at 8:30 a.m.
Junior Jordan Niebrugge, sophomores Wyndham Clark and Zachary Olsen, as well as freshmen Brendon Jelley, Sam Stevens and Kristoffer Ventura will comprise the OSU starting lineup.
