America's Greatest Homecoming

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State hosts its annual Homecoming celebration this week, as 80,000 students and alumni are expected to take part in this year's festivities.
Aptly known as “America's Greatest Homecoming,” OSU's homecoming tradition is more than 100 years old and features several widely-known traditions, highlighted by Friday night's annual Walkaround.
Walkaround is scheduled for 5:30-9 p.m. Friday in OSU's Greek neighborhood. The streets will be closed off and OSU fans will have an opportunity to see the famous house decorations, with music, vendors and a carnival all available to enhance the experience.
Other popular homecoming traditions include Wednesday night's Hester Street Painting from 5:30-7 p.m., Friday's night Homecoming and Hoops in Gallagher-Iba Arena from 9-10:30 p.m. and Saturday morning's Sea Of Orange Parade at 9 a.m. on Main Street, all leading up to the Cowboy football game against West Virginia at 2:30 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 23
Orange Reflection | Dusk | Residence Halls
The residence halls light up campus with orange decorations at dusk that will remain on throughout the weekend.
Friday, Oct. 24
Alumni Registration | 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. | ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center; 5 – 9 P.M. | Homecoming Hub At Walkaround
Pick up commemorative homecoming giveaways (while supplies last).
