Cowboys Back In Action At U.S. Collegiate

ALPHARETTA, Ga. - Oklahoma State's men's golf team will resume its fall schedule this weekend when it looks to defend its title at the United States Collegiate Championship at Golf Club of Georgia.
The Cowboys, who have not competed since Sept. 14, will be one of 15 teams in action at the par-72, 7,017-yard layout. OSU will begin its first round tomorrow at 10:40 a.m. (EST) and will be grouped with Texas A&M and Stanford. The event will consist of 54 holes with 18 holes being playing on Saturday and Sunday as well.
OSU won the tournament last year with a 15-under total of 849, which was one shot better than Georgia Tech.
The Cowboy starting five will consist of sophomore Zachary Olsen, redshirt freshman Brendon Jelley, true freshman Kristoffer Ventura, junior Jordan Niebrugge and sophomore Wyndham Clark. Ventura and Niebrugge will be making their season debuts.
