THE OKLAHOMA STATE WIN ...
:: Marked the Cowboys' fifth straight over the Jayhawks and their 10th in the last 11 series meetings.
:: Was the Cowboys' sixth straight over the Jayhawks in Lawrence. Kansas hasn't beaten OSU in Memorial Stadium since 1994.
:: Marked the Cowboys' fourth straight in a Big 12 road game to match OSU's second-longest such streak since the league was formed in 1996. The longest came when OSU won eight straight Big 12 road games spanning from the 2010 season into the 2011 season. The Cowboys won four straight Big 12 road games spanning from the 2008 to the 2009 season.
:: Improved the Cowboys to 3-0 in Big 12 play to mark the fourth time during the Mike Gundy era that OSU's conference record was perfect through three games. The Pokes previously accomplished that feat in 2008, 2009 and 2011.
:: Improved the Cowboys to 19-7 in their last 26 road games and 16-6 in their last 22 road games against Big 12 opponents.
:: Improved the Cowboys to 36-4 in their last 40 games against unranked opponents, dating back to 2010.
:: WR Jhajuan Seales, DE Sam Wren, LB Josh Furman and ATH Tyreek Hill served as Oklahoma State captains for today's game.
:: OL Michael Wilson earned his first career start today. He is one of 17 players to earn their first career start in a Cowboy uniform this season.
:: David Glidden's 24-yard catch in the first quarter was his sixth reception of at least 20 yards this year.
:: Senior running back Desmond Roland extended his streak of scoring a rushing touchdown to seven games. He has accumulated 11 total rushing TDs during the streak.
:: Ben Grogan's blocked FG attempt in the second quarter ended a streak of 12 consecutive made field goals for the sophomore. He entered today's game leading the nation with 2.4 FG made per game.
:: OSU extended its streak of recording at least one touchdown drive of two minutes or less to 41 games. The Cowboys have achieved that feat in 57 of their last 58 games.
:: Desmond Roland's 33-yard touchdown run in the second quarter was his longest rush of the season.
:: Josh Furman recorded another sack today. He also had a pair of sacks against Iowa State and two against UTSA, giving him a total of five in his last four games.
:: Emmanuel Ogah's second-quarter sack was his fourth of the year.
:: Jhajuan Seales' second-quarter TD grab was his third of the season and sixth of his career.
:: OSU has now scored 20 or more points in 58 consecutive games dating back to the start of the 2010 season. That streak is the second-longest since Division I split into the FBS/FCS in 1978, trailing only USC's 63-straight games of 20 or more points from Sept. 2, 2002 through Nov. 25, 2006.
::Tyreek Hill's kickoff return for a touchdown was his second in two weeks with both breaking second-half ties.
