Three Cowboys Earn All-Big 12 Honors

IRVING, Texas - Oklahoma State's men's golf team had three players named to the All-Big 12 squad it was announced today by the league office. Juniors Talor Gooch and Ian Davis were joined by freshman Jordan Niebrugge on the 10-player squad.
OSU matched Texas with a league-leading three representatives each.
An all-conference selection for the second year in a row, Gooch has made 10 starts this season for the Cowboys. The Midwest City, Okla., native has five top 10s, including runner-up showings at the U.S. Collegiate Championship and the Big 12 Championship.
Davis was named to the squad for the first time in his career. The Edmond, Okla., native has made 11 starts and earned his first career victory in the fall at the Royal Oaks Intercollegiate. Additionally, he has two top 10s, including a fifth-place finish at the Big 12 Championship.
Niebrugge has competed in all 12 of the Cowboys' events this season. The Mequon, Wis., native has four top 10s under his belt in his first season in Stillwater. Niebrugge registered runner-up finishes at The Prestige at PGA West and the Morris Williams Intercollegiate.
The all-conference team was identified using the top 10 highest-ranked golfers according to the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings following the Big 12 Championship.
