Stephenson Earns All-Region Honors

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Oklahoma State sophomore Allie Stephenson has been named to the 2013 NSCAA/Continental Tire All-Central Region Third Team, it was announced today by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

A midfielder for the Cowgirls, Stephenson finished the season as OSU's third-leading scorer with 15 points. Her six goals ranked second on the squad and tied for the sixth most in the Big 12 Conference. Three of her goals were game winners, which ranked fourth in the league.

Stephenson, who was an All-Big 12 Second Team selection, also ranked in the top 10 in the Big 12 in points and shots (66).

Stephenson's selection marks the eighth-straight year OSU has had a player named to the NSCAA All-Central Region team.
