DALLAS - The Oklahoma State football team was back in AT&T Stadium for a game Sunday night, but got the opportunity to watch this one from the stands as the Cowboys from Stillwater watched the Dallas Cowboys take on the Philadelphia Eagles.
It was the second official AT&T Cotton Bowl team function this bowl week, with OSU attending a welcome dinner at the stadium Saturday night.
The game marked a chance for the 2013-14 OSU squad to see several former OSU Cowboys in action, with wide receiver Dez Bryant, kicker Dan Bailey, linebacker Orie Lemon and running back Joseph Randle all on Dallas' roster.
Dallas fell to Philadelphia in a close loss, 24-22, but former Oklahoma State athletes had a big impact on the game. Bryant finished with a eight catches for 99 yards and late touchdown to keep the game within reach for the Cowboys, while Bailey had a big impact as well going 3-for-3 on field goals of 44, 43 and 36 yards.
Oklahoma State plays in AT&T Stadium in the 78th AT&T Cotton Bowl at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 3.
