What brought you to Oklahoma State?
"Coach Smith and the way he connects with the athletes. Also the training and how everyone is a family and not just teammates. It's competitive but not too competitive."
What is your favorite thing about OSU? Why?
"The school spirit and all the brick buildings."
What do you miss most about home?
"I miss my dog, and since I'm from California, the beach."
What sports do you like to watch in your spare time?
"Track and soccer."
Who are your favorite team(s)?
"The Lakers and the Thunder are pretty cool too."
Who is your favorite Olympian? Why?
"Alysia Montano. I love that she wears a flower in her hair to show women can be strong but at the same time feminine. I think that's really great."
What is your biggest pet peeve?
"When people sit in class and breathe really loudly."
What is your guilty pleasure?
"Cookies."
Who is the most played artist on your iPod?
"I'd have to say Bob Marley."
What is your favorite TV show? Why?
"The Bachelor and the Bachelorette. All the drama in those shows makes my life seem less dramatic and a little more normal."
What is one word to describe yourself?
"Determined."
