:: Today's attendance of 56,709 marked the seventh-largest crowd in Boone Pickens Stadium history. Each of the crowds for OSU's three home games this season ranks in the top 10 all time.
:: OSU had its two-game winning streak against Texas snapped and is now 4-23 all time against the Longhorns.
:: In his eighth season at the helm of his alma mater, OSU head coach Mike Gundy is 61-32. He needs one more victory to tie Pat Jones atop the Cowboys' all-time coaching wins list.
:: OSU had its eight-game home winning streak snapped with the loss.

:: Redshirt freshman quarterback J.W. Walsh made his first-career start for the Cowboys today. OSU has had 14 different players make the first starts of their careers this season.
:: OSU finished with 582 yards of total offense. A year ago in Austin, the Cowboys had 420 total yards in a 38-26 win.
:: Texas entered the game allowing just 328.3 total yards and 148.3 rushing yards per game. OSU finished with 582 total yards and 275 rushing yards.

:: Randle's 69-yard touchdown run on OSU's game opening drive marked his career-long rush, besting his previous best of 62, which came last season against Baylor.
:: Randle now has 2,202 rushing yards in his career, which ranks 14th on OSU's all-time list.
:: The Cowboys had not allowed a quarterback sack this season prior to the midway point of the second quarter tonight when UT sacked J.W. Walsh.
:: Linebacker Shaun Lewis led the Cowboys with 10 tackles, two shy of his career high. He did set career highs with 2.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks.
