Track and Field Releases Indoor Schedule

STILLWATER - The Oklahoma State men's and women's track and field programs have released their 2012-2013 indoor season schedules.
OSU begins the season on Dec. 8 when the teams travel to Manhattan, Kan. for the Kansas State All Comers meet. It is the only meet scheduled for the fall semester.
The Pokes return to action on Jan. 11 when they make their first of four trips to Fayetteville, Ark., to participate in the Arkansas Open.
The following week, the teams will make the trip back to Manhattan, to take part in the Wildcat Invitational, and a week later OSU heads back to Fayetteville for the Razorback Invitational on Jan. 25 and 26.
The next events will be trips to Seattle and the third trip to Fayetteville, as OSU will have athletes in the Husky Invitational and Tyson Invitational on Feb. 8 and 9.
OSU will head to Norman to compete at the Sooner Invitational on Feb. 16 before it competes at the Big 12 Championships in Ames, Iowa, on Feb. 22 and 23.
The indoor season will wrap up March 8 and 9 when the teams travel back to Fayetteville for the NCAA Indoor Championships.
"I'm really excited about a couple meets," said OSU head coach Dave Smith. "The Razorback Invitational at Arkansas is a high-level meet and the Husky Invite is a big-time meet that gets high marks. However, everything leads the way for Big 12 Championships."
